WHAT THESE STATES COLLECTIVELY WANT:

Fiscal restraints on the federal government, to limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and to limit the terms of office of federal officials, including members of Congress.

To pass, 34 states must approve of the call for a convention with this specific subject matter.

The COS has been introduced in 31 legislatures across the country and  29 COS applications are pending.
